BAFA is seeking a volunteer Team Manager for the Men’s Silver Lions (Flag). The successful candidate will be tasked with facilitating the smooth running of the team and effective delivery of associated practice sessions, international competitions, and events.
They will liaise with the Silver Lions Head Coach and support the National Programme Operations manager in delivery of the overall GB Flag Football Programme. After an initial three-month probationary period, this role is fixed for the duration of a competition cycle for the team, with the possibility of renewal. BAFA reserves the right to review the appointment at the end of each competition cycle. The role will require up to 10 hours per week however this may vary depending on the point in the competition cycle and during planned events.
