We’re pleased to announce that we have partnered with the Exs & Os for coverage of the IFAF World Championships, creating content with the incredible players and coaches.
Since the BAFA rebrand in 2020, the Digital Communications team have worked on promoting all things British American football on the BAFA social media channels and website, with the most recent introduction of the #bafaGOTW and weekly fixtures posts running across both Adult Contact and NWFL.
During the IFAF World Championships you will have seen an increase in social media communication around the tournament, with collaborations on Instagram with the Exs & Os channel. The content being shared ranges from photos and Instagram story reshares, to exclusive player interviews and videos.

The Exs & Os are currently in Finland with the GB Women’s squad ready for the final and whilst there will be creating and collecting content to highlight the players, coaches and tournament that will not only be used for social media updates, but to showcase the sport once the tournament is over.
Who are the Exs & Os?
A podcasting, content creation and media hub – covering all news related to American football and related sports in the U.K., Europe, Canada and the NFL.
We work closely with brands to activate campaigns, and support with brand and athlete exposure.
Our team of hosts, voice over artists, directors, videographers, graphic designers, editors and content creators allow us to host live events/shows, provide commentary in addition to producing short videos, interviews, documentaries and engaging social media content.

We are working alongside CDM Becky Williams and Robyn (Bo) Steward from the GB Squad, with Becky and Bo acting as the Comms Reps for the team. As well as that we have the incredible Tony Snow onboard, working alongside the team for external PR and Media opportunities and will continue in that role for BAFA.
