BAFA is inviting members to participate in the appointment of our new Chief Executive. We will be selecting four members from the Britball community to participate in the interview process – these will be representatives from Contact, Flag and coaching – and also a player.
They will join the interview panel when the final two candidates for the role have been identified and will provide their feedback to the Board.
Anyone who wishes to be considered please should send an email to Chair Nichole McCulloch – nichole.mcculloch@britishamericanfootball.org – by April 22 highlighting which area of the game you would be representing in the subject line. Then, in 250 words or less, suggest what you would want to know from the potential incoming CEO? There will be a time commitment of around 3 to 3.5 hours, to both interview the candidates but to also prep for the interview and report back to the board.
