Voting process and eligibility for the AGM
Although up to two representatives from each BAFA National Leagues club may attend the AGM, each club may only cast a single vote.  Please note – University American Football clubs are not eligible to vote, as they are affiliated with BUCS.  Up to two representatives linked to a University American Football club are welcome to attend but may not cast a vote unless also linked to and representing a BAFA National Leagues club. Coaches registered with BAFA and linked to a University American football club may contact BAFCA to raise any questions or concerns from a coaching perspective.

Clubs who are unable to join remotely will also be invited to nominate a proxy to vote on their behalf.
