The Children’s Flag Football leagues provide any child from age seven upwards to compete in one of the fastest growing disciplines of American football in the country.

Children’s Flag Football is split into three age groups – U17, U14 and U11.
The U17s and U14s compete in the National Youth Flag Football League, which runs from April to August, with teams battling it out to qualify for National Finals Day and ultimately be crowned National Champions.
The U11s take part in various regional festivals throughout the year.
As well as building teamwork skills and the obvious physical benefits that sports provide, playing Flag Football at a junior level also provides the perfect starting point for a young person’s American football journey. Once they have grown up in the children’s flag leagues they have a variety of options to continue to develop as a player – including the Children’s Contact, Adult Flag and Adult Contact leagues.
