BAFA and the British American Football Coaches Association (BAFCA) are excited to host a Youth Coaching Summit in Loughborough on 7 March.
The Youth Coaching Summit brings together coaches from across the BAFA National League U16 and U19 landscape for a focused day of learning, collaboration, and development.
Designed specifically for those working in youth football, the summit offers deep‑dive sessions on positional coaching, club culture, safeguarding, athlete preparation, and the wider player pathway. Attendees will hear from expert coaches across the Great Britain Performance Programme, NFL Academy, SGS Pride and more, while also engaging in open discussions about the future of the sport.
Whether you’re an experienced coach or looking to get involved at youth level, this event provides practical insight, shared best practice, and the chance to connect with others driving the growth of youth football in the UK.
CPD points will be available for registered coaches in attendance. While geared towards contact American football coaching, flag football coaches are welcome to attend!
