Great Britain’s U19 Contact national programme has confirmed an international fixture against Hungary for September 2025.
The Young Lions will travel to Hungary on Saturday 13 September to face Future Team Hungary at Budapest’s Kincsem Park.
Great Britain will be raring to return to international competition after away fixtures against Paderborn Dolphins U20 and the Irish Wolfhounds in 2024.
Following a 35-8 victory over the Wolfhounds as part of the Global Ireland Football Tournament, the Lions have kept momentum through programme camps held across British universities including the University of West of England, the University of Hertfordshire and Leeds Beckett University.
