The Great Britain Men’s national tackle programme host Germany at 4pm on Saturday at Butts Park Arena in the IFAF European Championship.
Off the back of an excruciating 19-20 defeat in Sweden, the Mane Men return to action having confirmed their match-day roster (below). Tickets are still available to purchase for the game, with a live-stream on the BAFA YouTube channel.
After success at Butts Park Arena in 2023, Lions head coach Jason Scott has called on supporters to bring even more noise for this weekend’s match-up.
“The atmosphere in the France game was great, but we can do more,” Scott said.
“Butts Park is a great venue, and seeing the crowds at Britbowl this last summer is proof that if we work together; the Britball community can do amazing things.
“It would be incredible to get the nation behind us, supporting these fantastic athletes who have worked so hard all year. I’m hoping to see a loud, passionate crowd in Coventry on October 19th.”
