Kellie Barrett has withdrawn from the squad to represent Great Britain at the World Championships with Kate Bruinvels to called up to the squad as a replacement.
Kellie was not able to recovery from surgery in time for the tournament which runs August 27-30 Lahti, Finland. However both she and Kate will be travelling to the tournament. Kellie will draw on her 20 years’ experience in Flag football with Coventry Cougars and her international tournament know-how as a member of the European Championship winning squad of last year to support the playing squad.
