BAFA are once more working with Sport Structures and other partners to bring you a series of free training sessions designed to help you develop your skills and your club. Workshops are online, typically last two hours and are open to club management and coaches across BAFA.

Managing the day-to-day finances of your club can seem a daunting or tedious task, this workshop will support you to identify financial objectives that will help your club become more financially sustainable and resilient.

Tue 24 January, 7.30-9.30pm – Building positive parent relationships for coaches
When it comes to sport parents can either be your biggest ally or greatest obstacle. They have the ultimate influence over their children and its important to find ways as coaches to channel this in the most positive way for the child playing sport. This session gives you some helpful tips and strategies that you can use on a regular basis to ensure your relationship with parents is a winning one.
